Ashishma came into this field through a Newari music video. She debutend in film industry with a Newari movie "Nyalla Bya". She has done several Newai movies like : "Papu Madhu Ma Jhanga", "Taremam", "Matina la Ana He Du" etc. Now she is going to debut in Nepali movie. In free time, she likes to watch movies, travel, listen to music or go for shopping. She wants to continue in this field as an actress. About the Photo-shoot: Ashishma says," I have done photo-shoots before too but it was for calendar or advertisement. Doing a photo-shoot for a TV program and a website is first for me. It was fun. I learned new things too."
