The first Nepali actress, Bhuvan Chand Thapa started off through theatre since 2010 B.S. She debuted as the as an actress in Aama (2021 B.S.) making her the first actress of Nepal. She is married Michael Chand and they have three daughters. She has done huge contributions in different sectors of Nepali entertainment field like: Dramas played : Aandhaveg, Jalirumal, K Nakkali k Nakkali, Mukunda Indira, Mansi, etc. Movies :Hijo Aaja Voli, Due Thopa Aasu, Koseli, Pratikchya, Prem Pratigya, Jeevan, deurali, Naam K Ho, Dulahi Rani, Dulah Raja, etc. Tele Films: Biman Chalak, Rajmarg, Jeevan Chakra, Masan, Dudh Pokhari, Hijo Aaja ko Kura, etc. 20-30 Radio dramas. Songs: Folk songs, National songs, Bhajans ,Modern songs all together 30-40 songs. Titles and Awards won: -Gorkha Dakshin Bahu 4th 2050 B.S. -Mahendra Ratna Aabhusan, -Subha Rajyabhishek Padak 2031, -Saarc Padak 2044 B.S. etc.
